Injection molding compounds

We have one material blend that is registered at REACH (Kemikalieinspektionen) today.

And we have a handful of materials on the way.

Close to 100 % of our  materials are made from recycled polymers (and organic substances as wood or straw). 1 kg of our products saves close to 2,5 liters of fossil oil an compared to energy recovery it saves 2,7 kg of CO2.

Ecorub TPRR® 501-99 Stiff material with high content of recycled PP from bottle caps.

Our first material that has been registered at REACH is for a injection molded product out of TPRR was a plantstick. It is produced from recycled rubber  and recycled caps from bottles and a small amount of powderized bark from pine threes.

Close to 100 % of that material is made from recycled polymers (and organic substances as wood or straw). 1 kg of our products saves close to 2,5 liters of fossil oil an compared to energy recovery it saves 2,7 kg of CO2.

This is a stiff material.

This product can easily be recycled. In consists of 95% recycled polymers.

Ecorub TPRR® 201-99 Elastic material with more that 50 % recycled EPDM

This Recycled material made mostly from recyckled EPDM is suitable for indoor products. The other major ingredient is recycled packaging plastics.  It is a tough elastic material.

Ecorub TPRR® 601-99 Material of geomembrane type

This material is mostly made from recycled tyres and packaging plastics.

It is a tough material made for high resistance to UV-light and ozone.

Ecorub TPRR® 301-98. Stiff material made from rubber from tyres and plastics from recycled bottle caps.

Our third material for injection molded products are now registered on REACH an it is suitable for for vehicles. The material can easily be recycled . It contains 95% recycled polymers. One kg of our material saves close to 2,5 liter fossil fuel and compared to energy recovery it saves 2,7 kg CO2.

It is a stiff material and very durable
